Cherie Hearts Eco Botanic is the 17th Cherie Hearts centre to be opened in Malaysia. Located in Eco Botanic, a freehold luxury township development in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia, this branch was officially opened in 2018. Cherie Hearts Eco Botanic serves as an international mid to high end childcare & preschool and is managed by Managing Director and Owner of the Cherie Hearts National Master Franchisee, Mrs Sonia Lim.

Our operating hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
We understand that in many families, both mom and dad are working and hopefully, our long working hours mean that parents do not have to rush from work to pick up their children.
Our infant care program for young ones between 2 months and 17 months was also designed with working parents in mind. Other main programmes that are available at Cherie Hearts Eco Botanic are:

Other facilities
Cherie Hearts Eco Botanic sits on 10,000 square feet of space. The huge school grounds mean that there is ample space for children to learn, play, explore and develop.
Facilities at our centre include a huge indoor playground, specially designed for our little Cherians. We also have a kid friendly library full of the latest children’s books, and a music room where children will be exposed to instruments and the basics of music theory.
Besides this, there is also a dining hall where children have their meals. We ensure that the meals provided are nutritionally balanced as we believe that healthy children learn better.
Curriculum
Our interactive curriculum focuses on the holistic development of each child. We believe that physical, social, emotional, cognitive and language development are all equally important. Thus, our lessons are specially designed to encourage children to think, question, learn, and problem solve.
Our curriculum also includes an excellent Trilingual pre-school programme that covers the three main languages spoken in Malaysia – English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Activity-based learning
Children learn and remember concepts better when they are actively engaged in the lesson. At Cherie Hearts Eco Botanic, we have a good balance of active and passive learning as well as child and teacher-led activities.
Students are given the opportunity to explore and discover and this encourages independent learning. We believe that these skills will be incredibly useful as they move to primary and even secondary school.

The Beauty of Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Eco Botanic is a gated town in Skudai, Johor. It is part of Iskandar Malaysia Flagship Zone B. It is near the EduCity project that will host great schools like the University of Southampton, Newcastle University of Medicine Malaysia as well as Raffles University Iskandar which will be completed by 2025.
During Phase 1 of the suburb development, the Veranda Collection which consists of entertainment series, luxury series and retreat series was launched. To reduce the homes’ impact on the environment; the homes were developed with eco-conscious details – this includes, tall windows which eliminate the usage of electricity during day time hours, high ceiling for natural ventilation, a rainwater harvesting system, and solar panels to conserve energy.
Things such as steel sculptures, lake pavilions, maze gardens, jogger trails, and a clubhouse enhance the pleasantness and livelihood of the township.
Phase 2 of Eco botanic offers three designs that are inspired by English country homes. One of the design is the Sandringham, and the other two are super-link houses. The homes have a basement level accompanied by a covered garage which protects private cars and saves on space.
Other interesting projects of the township include the Eco-Nest. The latter is a luxurious apartment with more than 450 houses. There are residential units in the apartment, as well as office- retail. The apartment has first-class recreational units such as gymnasiums and a 50m lap pool.
Eco Boulevard is another project consisting of three-storey shop offices. The design of the project is inspired by colonial architectural buildings and classy shopping streets in Europe. When it’s complete, it will have special stores such as fashion stores, and sidewalk cafes.
