Situated at The Atmosphere, a developing township in Seri Kembangan, Cherie Hearts Seri Kembangan was officially opened in January 2015 as an international mid to high end childcare & preschool by the current Owner and Branch Director, Ms Quinn Tee.
Cherie Hearts Malaysia has been successfully operating for the past 10 years since 2009. Throughout these wonderful years, Cherie Hearts have won the best Childcare and Preschool awards in Malaysia for 2 consecutive years in 2015 & 2016 among many other awards and recognitions by the industry and the government.
Cherie Hearts Seri Kembangan is strategically located in “The Golden Triangle” of the Southern Corridor which is near Puchong, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and KLIA. The MRT line nearby is under construction, making this area more easily accessible through the public transport. Hence, it is very ideal for parents who find it more convenient to travel by public transport where navigation is taken care of.
Cherie Hearts Seri Kembangan understands the concerns of parents who are looking for a safe, conducive and reliable childcare centre and preschool for their precious children while having peace of mind at work. Managed by a group of dedicated parents, children’s safety and well-being are prioritised with double tier security doors, periodical disinfection, separated washrooms for boys and girls as well as quality infrastructure and appliances. The educators and caregivers are equipped with first aid basic knowledge, besides being caring and loving.

Our operating hours are from 7:30am to 7:00pm on working weekdays as well as during the public-school term break. Presently, the school sits on a 4,500 square feet space, and it offers a whole host of services to cater to the varying needs of parents and children.
Our programme caters to infants from 2 months old (Infant Care) up to Kindergarten 2 for children aged 6 in preparation of going to main stream primary school or elementary grade international school.

Exciting Historical and Economic Facts about Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Seri Kembangan, previously known as Serdang New Village, is a town located in Selangor, Malaysia. The town has been growing and is now a considerable city in size. It is based in the Plus Expressway Southern Route.
Seri Kembangan was developed in 1950 as the Serdang New Village, when British moved Malaysian Chinese villagers who were living around Sungai Besi, to a centralized location. This was as a result of the communist threat as part of the Briggs Plan during the emergency of Malayan.
The village had only 50 houses because the residents were just provided with empty plots and had to build the houses from scratch. The areas being close to rubber estates posed dangers of various kinds. A majority of the 15,000 inhabitants earned peanut as rubber tappers and mining workers.
In the old days, Seri Kembangan New Village was known for cottage industries such as shoemaking, but other ventures have overtaken the cottage industry.
The houses units are currently 2500, with a population of 150,000. The residents are mostly businessmen, entrepreneurs, professionals, government workers living in Putrajaya and firm employees of Cyberjaya.
In the 1970s, the only form of entertainment was the cinema. However, after the Commonwealth Games in 1998, more developments took place.
Climate and Weather
The Titiwangsa Mountains protect the town in the east and Indonesia’s Sumatra Island in the west. The township has a tropical rainforest which is sunny and warm but with abundant rainfall, from October to March during the northeast monsoon.
Temperatures are constant. The maximum temperature levels are between 31 and 33 °C with a limit of 39.3 °C. The minimum temperature levels are between 22 and 23.5 °C with a limit of 14.4 °C. Normally, Seri Kembangan receives a minimum of 2,600 mm yearly. June and July are relatively dry, but even then, the rain still exceeds 133 millimeters per month.
Seri Kembangan has three big malls; the mentioned The Mines Shopping Mall, Giant Hypermarket, an AEON store in Taman Equine and South City Plaza.
The township is famous for its delicious and variety of street food, which is a combination of a Chinese, Malay, and other races’ culture. The best place to enjoy street cuisine includes Seri Serdang Night Market and Seri Kembangan Night Market. The best dishes include; cendol, mamak fried mee, char kway teow, asam laksa curry noodle, and rojak.
Seri Kembangan is home to the MINES Resort City, a health-oriented town. Between 1997 and 2001 there existed Mines Wonderland. The development projected featured a luxury hotel; the Palace of the Golden Horses and a shopping mall.
